Basel 2025 - With over 20 years of experience in music, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring rhythm through drums, percussion, and handpan. Growing up in the Middle East deeply influenced my musical identity, but also grounding me in a diverse range of rhythmic traditions. but since i am a teenager, I began collecting percussion instruments from around the world AND —each one teaching me something new about cultural expression through rhythm.
This global perspective has shaped a playing style specifically that’s all about blending traditions and I love mixing genres and exploring unexpected combinations. For example playing Indian rhythms in rock'n'roll settings or weaving blues melodies into my handpan compositions. For me, music is a universal language, and rhythm is the bridge between worlds.
My performances and recordings reflect this fusion. Whether it’s the hypnotic pulse of a darbuka or the earthy tone of a Djembe, or the ethereal resonance of the handpan, I strive to create sounds that are both grounded and otherworldly. Music is my way of storytelling, rooted in tradition, but always looking forward.

In addition to live performance, I bring years of experience as a professional recording artist and music producer. My background in diverse percussion styles, from Middle Eastern rhythms to modern grooves, allows me to add unique textures and depth to studio productions across a wide range of genres.
As a session musician, I’ve recorded for artists, bands, and film projects around the world. I specialize in live handpan, ethnic percussion, and drum set recordings, always aiming to serve the song while adding a distinct rhythmic identity. Whether you need a subtle percussive layer or a full rhythmic arrangement, I deliver high-quality tracks from my well-equipped studio or on location.
As a producer, my focus is on creating organic, emotionally rich music that connects with listeners. I love working with artists to bring their vision to life—whether that’s through full production, arrangement support, or creative sound design.
